Usage

After downloading, extract the archive and run the binary for your platform:

./clovers (Linux) · clovers.exe (Windows) · ./clovers-arm64 (macOS, Apple Silicon) / ./clovers-x86_64 (macOS, Intel) 

./clovers -i input.fasta -o output.gff

For all available options, run:

./clovers --help
